We’ll also emphasise the impact that these issues can have on the real estate industry.

This assessment style is achieved twofold:

  • Case study analysis – by reviewing case studies from across the globe, you’ll stay ahead of the curve, reflecting on the challenges that real estate surveyors face when working in and with different countries and cultures.
  • Project choices – you’ll have the benefit of project choice, allowing you to choose where around the world you would like your project to be located. This format is perfect for incorporating lived experiences and personalisation into projects.

This course also offers a range of assignment methods. Assessment of your modules will rely on various assessment types. Though assessments are mainly coursework based, some modules have been designed to confirm proper understanding and knowledge of core concepts using testing methods. Modules with enquiry-based learning will rely on industry style scenarios.

Portfolios, essays, reports and presentations will form the basis of your coursework. Additionally, you will be required to submit an individual piece of research or a work-based project. This will be a graded piece of work.
